Dumb question but is sleeping late but still getting 9 hours good ? (I sleep at 4am wake up at like 13)

No, it's not ideal.

Your body has a natural circadian rhythm that's best to follow for optimal health.

You should look into fixing your sleep schedule by waking up earlier than 1PM (alarm/getting a family member to wake you up at maybe 8am), and then rough it out till 9PM or so before falling asleep at a normal time.

If you have trouble falling asleep at night, look into supplementing magnesium glycinate a few hours before you sleep. Haven't used it myself, heard it works wonders.
