I take about 800mg mag bisglycinate which has 350mg elemental magnesium. the brand where I buy it from is a pretty expensive german brand which does regular lab testsi think it has to be very pure so buying it from a drug store or some gas station isnt going to do it

okay thanks, im kinda new to the forum. ive had a similar situation ive been actually improving my sleep schedule very recently and genuinely improving myself too, before like 14 i was underweight and life was genuinely awful, worst part is that my parents never made me do any sports and encouraged to do the opposite so that kinda fucked up my body developmentsame man, started taking this serious way too late. im 17 now, my sleep was shit from like 12 (when i first got my phone) until 16.5 or so. totally fucked up my development
