basically you sleep 6 times a day for 20 mins which is hard to adapt to so you start with two seperate sleep cycles of 4 hours each to get used to it

that depends on your schedule, this is the true way to increase your productivity and release of growth hormone(if you're under 18) since you are awake for 22 hours and won't feel sleep deprived in any way if you do it correctly. In mid teens a lot of growth hormone is released during sleep which is why tricking your body to release it in 4 hour intervals is optimal for bone growth. You can easily increase bone density and height if you do this at the optimal age.

It's better if you're busy with school and work since you have a lot of free time left over after doing mundane tasks

melatonin over time lowers test. I'd recommend a specific sleep aid but I don't wanna sound like a shill lol

There is truth to this although melatonin is not needed for a polyphasic sleeping schedule if its easy for you to fall asleep
