Snoring + bad sleep

Recently I’ve been sleeping with no pillow and flat on my back but ever since then I’ve had really bad snoring issues my family has been calling me out on it for how bad it is and also the girl I slept with last night recorded how bad it really was What’s my problem here?

elevate your bedside(where is your head placed) with books under it, or learn how to properly sleep on the side
