Pretty much everybody in the fitness community believes he is completely lifetime natural. If you've ever made some decent gains, you would know the power of a pump, being lean and good lighting.

laid has good genetics for low body fat it’s clearly evident. it is impossible as a natty to be big and lean with full muscle bellies. when you have this genetic gift (low body fat) and you start roiding, you look like a fucking savage. he has good genetics sure but don’t for a second kid yourself that he could be half as big without the gear as he does now

He is tall, long limbs. He looks spectacular with his shirt off and that’s when it matters. Looking big in clothes = higher body fat or huge roid stack and bigger relaxed stomach. The kid is doing it right.

Higher body fat is fine. I'd rather be 15-20%bf with more muscular mass and look great in clothes than be sub 12% with much less mass

Yeah, a lot of incels don't want to be muscular due to some sort of inferiority complex. I don't know where your body is at now, but if you body recomp you'll look like that pretty fast. If you do stupid shit such as cutting when you have no muscle, you are going to waste a lot of time

I started gymcelling a while back (Stopped for a few weeks due to injury recently)
We have similar strength ngl, since you're new to it newbie gains will help. Imo this physique would take anywhere from 3-6 months. IF proper training schedule and nutrition (Please dont fall for the bulking meme)

I think small surplus, aslong as you dont do crazy things like 500 or more kcal per day. And dont worry it's not some insane physique very reachable if you start training now. WORST CASE scenario it will be attained like beginning of 2021, anywhere from January - March

DO NOT cut. Your main goal should be gaining strength and muscle. Do not dirty bulk, eat clean but eat a good amount.
I am poor as fuck I don't have money anyway for big bulks of 3k cal+.

I'll just make sure I'm never hungry throughout the day. And yea i am basing on eggs from morning, chicken breast/fish + potatoes, rice, milk, bananas,home made salads.

I am trying to eat clean but today I stepped on weight and I am still 73kg unchanged....

Forget about weight. You should just look in the mirror. Get around 150g of protein everyday
