So far omad/intermittant fasting feels like a cheat code for weight loss

Since monday ive been eating once a day, or twice with very short breaks between meals. Outside of that coffee (with bit of sugar and milk so not technically fasting). Ive been lifting 4 days this week with 15-20k steps daily.

Despite eating 1000-1300 kcals (counted even ketchup), my energy levels are great and hunger levels are manageable, more than when i was trying to cut with standard meals.

I wouldnt be hungry in the morning but i had to eat. Was a bit hungry around lunch time, had to eat. Here comes to evening, i eat my food and im fucking starving, but i already used up so many kcals in the evening and lunch (when i wasnt even hungry) that i cant sleep sane.

Now on omad i go to sleep full and during the day hunger is not bad at all. I can imagine that after weight loss i will eat closer to 2k kcals and it will feel amazing just wasting as much as i want during 1 or 2 big meals around evening time and actually having great time eating.
