I’m lifting for aesthetics and don’t know what to focus on the most

Focus on everything, you need a balanced aesthetic body not a mismatched cagefuel inharmonious body.

shoulders and back
 
You dont need huge arm. Neck shoulder back abs thats it
 
You need to hit everything to avoid muscle imbalances, and for aesthetics (women) focus on delts, specially side delts, biceps, back, neck and getting all the abs worked.

long arms with big bones are really important

long ulna example
 
Compound lifts. Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Shoulder press, Rows, Pull ups. Also lateral raises and face pulls. Way too many people focus on bicep curls. All the exercises I mentioned will help you more
