I'm struggling to understand what you mean because you worded it pretty poorly, but I'm gonna assume that you are trying to say, "Isn't social anxiety just high inhibition? Or is it different?"

High-inhibition, as used in the context of .org, is when someone is overly aware and anxious, especially in social situations. This can be overcome through the improvement of social skills.

Being neurodivergent, or "ND", is defined broadly as "possessing atypical brain function." It is a diagnosable illness that effects the way your brain is wired. It is incredibly difficult to overcome many of the challenged it presents.

I'm not denying the existence of autism, I just think the vast majority of people here self-diagnose themselves because they have social anxiety brought upon them by the digital age.

Yeah perhaps, wasn't really trying to attack your main point. I'm just tired of all these mfs on the internet saying "durr you only have _________ because you rot on the internet broo just go touch grass ".

Some of us been had this shit for all our existence. Rotting on the internet is just our way of coping. It's a symptom of mental health struggles, not the cause of it.

Was trying my hardest to try not to sound like that, but I was just fed up with other thread abusing the term "ND" so I just recalled this old Gerbert video I watched.

Some of us been had this shit for all our existence. Rotting on the internet is just our way of coping. It's a symptom of mental health struggles, not the cause of it.

In the vid he also talks about how diagnosed autists are more prone to internet addiction, the web both creates and consumes.

Maybe you are, but I wouldn't assume anything until you receive a diagnosis from a doctor because you are more than likely just the product of a neurotypical brain and an under socialized, internet-addicted childhood.
