Do something extreme so you don’t think anything of little things. There’s this girl on TikTok who’s entire account is dedicated to this like recently she went down stairs of an escalator which were meant for going up and nobody cared and she deliberately falls over in public and does embarrassing things.

Deliberately embarrassing yourself is a good way to not care cuz u realise nobody cares and if they do they forget about it quick
