Ive struggles with pie for a while. I thought it was acne but then I researchedmaxxed and found out I had pie. and ive solved it. here's what I used onto of my normal skin care
1. reedle shot 100
2. adapalene 0.1%
3. arbutin 7%
4. tranexamic acid 4%
use the arbutus and tranexamic acid daily
use the reedle shot 100 daily
the adapalen should be used 2-3 times weekly for a few weeks then buffing it up.
