There are some dudes out there that are skinny that can get away with bc they have a dom personality, masculine face, tats, etc. but most dudes need to bulk up especially if they're prone to getting picked on. It'll help dramatically, you'll gain respect from dudes for being bigger, no one can dispute me on this
