at 18 also, not more than 1 inch. unless very late bloomer with no armpit hair/facial hair etc. but i luckily got 1 inch after 18

you can gain upto 2 inches in spinal growth itself ig. depends on posture, pelvic tilt, and doing pullups everyday.
