Split End Fix?

After every shampoo my hair looks horrid. super frizzy, dry and unmanageable. i tend to shampoo and conditioner once every two weeks.(i run and rinse my hair with just water in the shower twice a day) I know this sounds dirty but my hair has genuinely never looked better during the no wash days and is so manageable it does what i want it to. i do not notice any unpleasant smells or greasy look/feel. any tips on maintaining zero frizz and soft look after shampooing?

W hair. but just buzzed last summer and definitely better then before but the frizz is inescapable after shampoos
