SSRI use in puberty

Can the use of ssri’s actually affect growth and hormones during puberty? i’ve heard mixed opinions and i want to try and find something for social anxiety/high inhib that’ll work and obviously ssri’s are recommended but i don’t have much of an idea of what they really do to your hormones etc

Depends on what you’re trying to optimize. They work differently and neither is universally better for social anxiety.
