Standard Implants VS Costumized Implants (after CT-Scan)?

Having implants costumized directly to your bone after CT-Scan seems soo much better than having some standard implant in every way?
Or is it a cashgrab and just choose of the many standard ones and they work just as well?

I guess the only downside of customized ones is the price? How much more are costumized ones?

And i guess by far most Doctors worldwide use standard implants, and only a select few offer customized?
