Starting a new diet, any suggestions?

My diet that I'm about to start is,

Per week:
5-7 pounds of chicken
2 gallons of milk
14-21 eggs

this evens out to around:
0.85 pounds of chicken per day (680 calories)
2-3 eggs per day (140-210 calories)
1.14 quarts of milk per day (Around 570 calories)

Total calorie amount = 1390-1460 calories per day

My goal is to get good protein while also getting lean

Any suggestions or recommendations?

how wld 1500 cals a day suffice
its better to just eat 2000 for e.g and do some low intensity cardio

I think its fine

The most I want to do is biking & walking, maybe occasional weightlifting aswell.
only a matter of time before youre going to drop under 10 percent bf
gonna mess up your test levels

I'm sure on the weekends I'll have occasionally have small snacks, kinda like a cheat day.
You bring up a very good point though.

Sad thing is I can't commit to working out everyday.
Occasionally I'll do cardio and weightlifting.
It should be enough right?
Yeah your getting high protein so you should be building muscle eitherway
