I have got 7 kg for 3 months, 4,5 kg of which is muscle and 2,5 is fat (I'm a beginner). I have desire to lose fat now, Im occasionally 17% bf and want to get to 12%. Of course I want to maintain most possible muscles. Mk 677 is coming very soon to prevent catabolism. I'm going to work out 4 times a week instead of 3. I have cut in carbonhydrates. Rate my diet plan pls, I have no experience cutting:
breakfast - 2 eggs.
dinner (before workout) - 200 gramm buckwheat 200 gramm meat
afternoon snack - 200 gramm meat and some shitty useless vegetables
supper - 100 gramm meat and 0,5 litres milk
So I have proficit in protein and deficit in carbonhydrates (My only actual carb source is buckwheat before the workout). What would you change?
