I’m 17 and I’m not sure about if I should get lean to around 12% bf or just eat a lot?
 
He’s 17 and unsure if he should cut (get leaner, drop to about 12% body fat) or if he should bulk (eat a lot to gain muscle and size). Basically, he’s deciding between getting shredded or getting bigger.

Yes
 
deficit with high protein and whole foods to keep your energy high and lift weights. With that you can lose weight and at least get some definition and small abs. From there lean bulk
