Starvemaxxing removes the benefits of prolonged fasting and neglects any positive outcome for optimal weight loss.

Not only will you lose muscle mass, but you are also fucking up your health, hair, brain, skin, gut and many many more.

But I've lost 12kg for the past month brah!! :soy:

Yes you fucking retard, you lost muscle mass, water weight and some fat. But after doing that for so long, guess what happened ? You are now SMALLER and you barely dropped down your bodyfat percentage, and after you are going to binge your life because of extreme hunger and gain that weight back :lul:


If you want to lose fat, you do periodic fasts with refeed days, or you just cut with high protein.


I'm sick and tired of you niggas going on weeks of "starvemode" eating junk food over the days thinking you're going to end up like Barrett after rounds of that nonsensical PSL autism shit :feelswhat:

1k deficit is usually what IFBB pro bodybuilders go through in order to prep for their competitions

You don't need to go to 5% bodyfat

not saying i do that, i have 2.1k a day but im 6'3

starvemaxxing made me look like i have klinefelters its better to just gym for 1-2 year and then go on a cut, even if you starvemax youll become insecure from muscle loss
