care with that, i did the same and it raped my collagen and gave me saggy skin in my face. I look much better without it but i took 1 year to receover and i don't think my skin will ever look as good as before without a face lift , in a study they showed that stem cells don't work as they should with these hard diets on glp1 causing shit tons of looksmin on your face (aka ozempic face)

That dose is straight bullshit it works for a slow cut but im trying to drop fat quick 10mg is the dose that works for me for what im doing. My crusing dose is 3-4mg but rn im on 10mg
