eat clean as fuck

avoid cheap forms of protein sources like but not limited to prawns and insects

steak
use a big fat meaty cut and let it cook on its own fat and add butter
number 2
hainanese chicken rice
take a whole chicken with skin, salt it. after that, take a huge pot of water and put some ginger in the pot and boil the pot with the chciken. let it cook.
after the chicken is cooked, let it cool, meanwhile use the SAME water (now chicken broth) to cook some rice.
after both are cooked, eat both. use chili and tomato if u want seasoning.

corn tortilla tacos
take corn flour and make tortillas with it. from scratch. its important to do it from scratch to make sure its legit and not chemical crap. its highly importantly to make sure its MADE From corn flour because corn flour doesnt contain gluten (very important).

now take a pan with some minced meat of ur choice and salt it first according to the meat type. let it sit for some time to make it edible. cut some tomatoes and boil some kidney beans in the meantime. now heat a cast iron pan and boom add some butter and put the meat and let it cook, add some spice if u want and add some little water.
after its cooked, take out the meat and add tomatoes and kidney beans and the meat and put it the tortillas and add some cheese and eat it.
