eat clean as fuck
eat high protein
eat high fats
keep carbs to min and very low
preferable carbs are fruits and corn
avoid gluten at all costs
animal protein is the only "protein" that counts
avoid cheap forms of protein sources like but not limited to prawns and insects
milk and blood are optional. recommend if u know the og source and are clean as fuk unpasteurized/free of anti-biotics
keep spices to a min if u r cooking
use butter/lard and never any form of vegetable oil

number 1
steak
use a big fat meaty cut and let it cook on its own fat and add butter

number 2
hainanese chicken rice
take a whole chicken with skin, salt it. after that, take a huge pot of water and put some ginger in the pot and boil the pot with the chciken. let it cook.
after the chicken is cooked, let it cool, meanwhile use the SAME water (now chicken broth) to cook some rice.
after both are cooked, eat both. use chili and tomato if u want seasoning.

number 3
corn tortilla tacos
take corn flour and make tortillas with it. from scratch. its important to do it from scratch to make sure its legit and not chemical crap. its highly importantly to make sure its MADE From corn flour because corn flour doesnt contain gluten (very important).

now take a pan with some minced meat of ur choice and salt it first according to the meat type. let it sit for some time to make it edible. cut some tomatoes and boil some kidney beans in the meantime. now heat a cast iron pan and boom add some butter and put the meat and let it cook, add some spice if u want and add some little water.
after its cooked, take out the meat and add tomatoes and kidney beans and the meat and put it the tortillas and add some cheese and eat it.

and eat some fruit. tomato is a fruit just fyi. and so is lemon. so these 2 are legit.

Step 2 is addressing any looksmin issues, like in my case, bloating.

If you have shit bones/genetics, ignore the above and just enjoy life the best way you can.
 
why is gluten bad exactly? Not a nutrition expert so forgive my retardation
ctyokines (white blood cells, basically ur immune system) dont fuck with gluten

if ur body doesnt fuck with something. just dont take it.

I'm not sure about that. I've eaten "clean", but still have gastrointestinal issues, and still get bloated and look like shit.

eating meat raw is literally the most legit but weakfags have to build up to it since they have a joke tier immune system.

It's not. It's bad if you have Celiac disease (another brutal genepill), but otherwise it goes through your body fine.
Gluten is actually really good because it's what makes spongy bread with a great crumb. It's fully over for Celiaccels.

u simply didnt eat clean. as simple as that.

u either:
- ate too much carbs
- ate too much proccessed ingredients
- added high pufa ingredients like vegetable oil
- didnt get enough sleep
- werent hydrated

eating clean isnt eating a certain amount of calories

It added information about my unique case with regard to bloating, and informed others that not everyone will respond the same to a clean diet. There are disorders and genetic factors that are beyond our control. I think that was worth mentioning.

How do you achieve this if you have to eat like 3000+ cals to gain muscle mass? Realistically, how do you do it?

see there is a difference between losing weight and gaining weight

assuming u eat giga clean,
if u eat below 400cal below maintainence, u will lose weight at a slow pace
if u eat below 1200cal below maintanence, u will lose weight at a tremendous pace

but for gaining weight,
if u eat in a 400cal excess, u will gain muscle slowly
and if u eat 1000cal excess, u will still gain muscle slowly, because muscle building is more than just cell differentiation, there is CNS involved in synthesizing nerves and fast twitch muscles and tendon adjustment etc. basically a lot of stuff that we cant speeden up yet (if we did tissue engineering wouldn't be limited to cosmetic reasons)

so with that in mind, start eating clean as fuk first, with a little excess and slowly build up. in no time u will feel like 2500cal in clean protein is insane.
 
This thread is pretty legit, I bloat easily if I eat too much bad food like food with carbs or gluten

But I stopped fully looksmaxxing so I enjoy diet now, I have some healthy meals too, but also more bloating ones

actually I will maybe try once to make the homemade corn tortilla, because I eat tacos often but I use store-boughts tortillas that have both corn and wheat

thanks and no offense but i think you have become a slave to "acquired taste".

trust me on this, go gluten free for 1 month and try taking a bite out of a piece of plain bread, ur mouth will find it legit disgusting and u will be like "what in the fuk did i just eat".
gluten is dangerous as fuk
