2 years ago i was addicted to weed, cocaine and alcohol, i was constantly on something and one day i got a psychosis which led me to the psyche ward. I started becoming extremely anxious and shaking without any reason for days and decided to put myself in.

I still haven’t recover from it, but I just pretend in order not to be put in the psyche ward again.

start the wim hoff methof and ice baths, i had a year of doing acid that i recovered from. The feeling of acid lasts for several years. There are literal schizophrenic episodes where you will see some weird face out of the corned of your eye and literally be used to it. I could try to draw what I mean, here. You will look over at it and its suddenly gone, or on rare occasions, you will see some relative or family member suddenly make a fucking WEIRD or DISTURBING face at you and it will jolt the shit out of you then dissapear.
