current weight +- 66 kg, 177 cm height
I came to conclusion that more lose wont give shit
and its not just easy ectomorph journey, u basically put diet as a priority <number 1 thing u think about during a day>

ur experience?
 
66 kg is already lean enough tbh if you have no bones now don't bother

ask yourself if you're truly 15% bodyfat tbh

you literally wont be able to get to 7/8 % natty but even a 3% drop from 15 to 12 is a lot.

also weight is a bad metric look at yourself in the mirror smh

Why not just go 10% at first?
 
TBH if bones dont stick out at 13%, at 7% you will look like a malnourished chopstick without much change.

in my experience getting to that level makes me look much better but my bones are decent
its still worth just to see, u might bloat easy like barret
 
No you’ll be miserable. If you’re not a model or bodybuilder being under 10% is not really sustainable natural and without suffering. Also 10-12 is the best range and even that takes a lot of sacrifice unless top tier genetics! Mainly anything from 15-10 is ideal!
