Seriously what makes you think it's a good idea to hit your face with a metal hammer. And if i hear the wolf's law claims I'm here to prove you wrong on that. The wolf's law only applies to mechanical stress not blunt force trauma. So when you hit your face with a hammer this isnt mechanical stress at all YOU ARE INJURING YOURSELF. So stop with the cope before you DISFIGURE YOUR FACE.

it worked for me

Stop copemaxxing and start brainmaxxing. Bone smashing is pure copium 🤣

@BlackPillBeliever

Would you like to weigh in on this?
I agree with it because subperiosteal hematoma is caused by blunt force trauma. So if someone is repeatedly hitting their face with a hammer it can absolutely cause this.

Right.

Were you aware that subperiosteal hematomas can ossify ?

Yes I'm aware of that but the chances of that happening is rare. And even if it does happen the bone growth is unpredictable and it could cause disfigurement.

Your argument is ass because your first thought is people smash their face like they are actually beating someone up filled with adrenaline. That's where your wrong ALREADY... No point in debating when your statement isn't backed by evidence. I can say flying pigs exist and have no evidence whatsoever fucktard

And there's no evidence stating bonesmashing is beneficial. Doctors strongly advise against it because it causes deformity. Insane levels of cope :feelskek:

deformity with high force ( enough force to actually break / harm someone) retard

Pretty sure hitting your face with a hammer is retarded :lul: Screenshot 20251104 164147 TikTok

first look into how bonesmashing is actually done then debate you retarded mongoloid

Provide a logical argument why bonesmashing is cope. Not using your opinion or saying "Muh doctor say bad so it bad me caveman like brain"

Because bone smashing doesn't build up the bones :lul: it causes temporary inflammation which can lead to scar tissue and long term deformity. Stop copemaxxing and accept the facts :feelskek:

the idea that it automatically causes scar tissue and longterm deformity is an overstatement temporary inflammation is a normal response to mild trauma and soft tissue rarely develops permanent changes from short term or moderate impacts,the severity of any lasting effect depends on the force and repetition applied which means negative outcomes are not guaranteed retard

Saying that negative outcomes are not guaranteed is pure cope. Repeated trauma doesn’t magically remodel the bones. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. It inflames tissue, increases the risk of fibrosis, and it could cause asymmetry. Copesmashing your face isn't gonna make a difference :lul: the coping Is crazy.

Youre overstating the consequences. While repeated trauma can inflame tissue it doesnt automatically cause fibrosis or asymmetry... those outcomes depend on the force frequencxy and individual healing. Claiming every impact leads to permanent damage is just as wrong as thinking it magically reshapes your face
