Bideltoid is the measure from delt to delt. This can be improved by gymmaxing.
Biachromial width is the measure of your bone length, aka actual frame. Anyone who claims good frame but doesn’t pay attention to bichromial is coping hard.
If you want to measure your frame, use biachromial width. It is not only a better, more consistent measure, but it measures actual looks. You can gymmax to a 22 inch bideltoid and still look shit with bad bones.

Good biachromial:
Connor Mcgregor is thin as fuck but looks like he has a fantastic frame because of how big his bichromial width is. You can see how far his collar bone goes on his right side in this pic.
Bad biachromial:
This(admittedly shopped) pic shows that if you have a shit biachromial even roids can’t help you.
Here’s the classic comparison pic. Notice that this isn’t bideltoid that makes the guy on the right look better, it’s his bones, his biachromial.
To measure, go back against a wall and find the outermost point of your acromian. This pic explains where tf you should be in relation to your back bones.
Then use a pencil and mark where your shit ends. Measure and subtract a cm for pencil width and shit.
Compare using this table. If you’re sub 40 it’s over.
