Hey guys, I’ve been smoking pretty much the whole time since I left the forum, but I finally quit my cigarette habit! Smoking really ruins your teeth and breaks down your collagen, so it was time.


Also, my vape ran out and since you can’t really buy them in the Netherlands anymore, I’m done with that too .


If anyone else wants to join in, feel free! Let’s keep each other accountable. I’ll still smoke occasionally at parties or on holidays, but regular smoking is over for me.


Just trying to be as transparent as possible : )
