stopped using shampoo

now I just use cold water. no more dandruff, ever. hair is now softer. looks less raggedy. cold water works

I only use conditioner to wash my hair as well, havent used shampoo in like a year. Consider getting a scalp scrub tho eventually u get product buildup on ur scalp that water cant remove.

IT DEPENDS
if you use store bought cheap shampoo it will ruin your hair, but if you use good products shampoo is good
