I'm testing something that I think should worked based on before and afters of people growing the thickness of their wrists and hands by doing forearm and wrist training everyday. Also there is x rays of tennis players radius and ulna being much thicker in the arm they play with.

You should be able to grow facial bone thickness by putting large forces on the maxilla through an oral appliance that you can hook weights to.

For the mandible I was thinking applying sideways forces with on hand stabilizing and the other hand pushing sideways against your chin, switching sides and pushing up under your chin. If done everyday for enough time and with enough force could it get you visible growth like it obviously did for the guys wrists in the video? With some dedication and bones scans we could find out.
