i don’t struggle to eat so to speak , i struggle eating large amounts of food when i’m supposed to be bulking.
Can protein shakes compensate for my calorie/protein intake ?
 
make a bulking shake with shit like bananas, protien pwder, peanut butter,milk etc u can easily drink 1000 calories with good protien aswell

yeah i be doing that, so it does compensate? dad always tells me i don’t eat enough to grow but i physically CANNOT eat more then a pizza else i start feeling sick and bloated so is protein shakes the answer to my problems ?

make shakes with protien fruits etc its easier to drink your calories than eat

yh obv real food is better like steak fish etc cos it has more nutrients but protein shakes r good too, guys like ronnie coleman and jay cutler would drink loads of their calories so u good

You really dont need too many calories for a bulk, anything over 200 calories over maintenance goes straight into fat
 
cant i turn that fat into muscle tho i go gym nearly everyday
Not really, even 200 calories over maintenance is pushing it, if you’re already above 15% bodyfat then don’t even do the surplus, just eat at maintenance and you’ll slowly turn the fat into muscle

Just look at a chart and whatever number you have in your mind add 5% to it and thats your bodyfat percentage, if youre young tho dont bother with it, just eat normally so that you dont fuck your growth up

i’m 16, i’ve smoked a lot of weed which can apparently stunt growth badly, and i don’t know if my growth plates are closed, i don’t want to fuck my growth up even more

Ever tryed milk? Really great, as you can just chug it down in huge amounts.
Especially raw milk as it has more nutions and lactose intollerant people can digest it better from my experience.

I drink a gallon a day, after going to the farm.
Has way over 2000kcal:whatfeels:. And really good protein/fat/carb distribution + almost all of ur daily nutions in that amount
