struggling to eat 1700 cals daily

Im on sema right now at 0.25 mg only and nigga this shit is fucking hard i have to eat 160 / 170 g of protein and i wanna vomit everytime i look at food, anyone has tips for this? cause fuck its so hard i pinned 2 days ago and yesterday i only were able to eat 1350 calories else i was going to vomit, im not small either im on a aggresive cut

So what's the issue? Why do you need 1700 if you cutting? 1350 is great

Wanna keep the muscle i built im the test cycle i ran and dont wanna rape my hormones and feel like shit either, i stravemaxxed at 1k calories daily a few months ago and i felt the worst ever in my life
 
Either you endure hunger or endure having to over eat.

It's up to you. You get off Sema and be hungry due to your 1700 calories or you stay on sema and force that shit down

1700 calories is easy af without sema tho. I'm 6'2 so i'm way off my maintenance calories and I'm finding 1700 very easy. Just 3 meals per day spaced out well and i never get hungry

1350 is probably the best you could be at for cutting
if i could hit 170+g of protein while barely hitting the 1350 goal you can too brah

eat foods with the highest grams of protein per 100g if you arent already, cans of tuna is a good example
 
eat as much high protein food and if you start feeling like you can’t eat solid food anymore move onto protein shakes
