I normally dress like people in my age(i'm 20) standard brands(guess/golf wang/vansetc) but i don't like it anymore and find it doesn't suit my personality. I don't want to look like a nerd either.
For third choice here is my pheno(eurafricanid) and face shape(i'd shave pre pubescent facial hair and hair maxx obv)

Nothern italy, people here dress like grown ups mostly. In my uni department i see luxury brand maxxed normies, never with a suit-shirt type of style tho

You're not white or good looking enough to go the high-class route. A lot of those guys look like donkeys anyway with their long ass faces. Anyway, you'd best just dress your age, go for streetwear. You can always dress like a high-class guy later.

I've done an autistic amount of research on what type of clothing women about that age find most attractive in guys.

There might be some variation from country to country, but I am very certain that unless you're very good looking to begin with, you shouldn't try to dress high-class.
When girls say they like old-money aesthetic they're talking about guys like this:

You'll never see a 19-year-old girl fawning over the looks of an average dude wearing button downs and chinos whereas a guy dressed like this has a lot better odds.

Obviously you're free to choose whatever you like, just something to keep in mind.
