Imma keep it short and simple

Monday-Upper
Tuesday-Lower
Wednesday-Upper
Thursday-Lower
Friday-Upper
Saturday-Lower
Repeat
There is no rest days because you will be doing one set of each. If you want to learn how to program it go to my Full body guide and just split them. I’d recommend this version to people who love to go to the gym but hate rest days.

the whole point of this split is to go the most frequent we can while getting enough recovery. 1 day is perfect

So some people dont like spending a lot of time at the gym so an upper lower split would be better but also after a while of full body you reach a plateau so you have to make the switch to u/l

You will be hitting everything 4x a week like full body
there’s a reason full body is done every other day or 3x a week, systemic fatigue will eventually just lower your performance overall especially if you’re strong asf and your cns is a serious concern. Still better than any low frequency split though

You are doing only 5 sets a day you won’t have much fatigue dude

But this isn’t really u/l, it’s just full body split into 2 days, to break the plateau you will need more volume and longer rest, this split doesn’t provide that

Upper-lower is an incel split. Just do Bro split with an extra chest/back day and an arm day.
