how do i lose that submental fat under . i feel like even when i was at my leanest BF i stil lhave loads of it and im looking to do it without aqualix .left pic i without mewing right is with mewing .

If mewing gets rid of it totally then it's a hyoid bone issue. Need to get it raised up more.
