Do sugar really help igf1 production and help get more bone mass or it’s just cope?

Solution
Thank you, is there anything I can do to get more igf1 without using peptide or anything like that
Your goal is to increase bonemass right? You're most likely too old to ever gain bonemass in a natural way. Surgery is what you want

only thing you can do is proper diet with all micro nutrients, sleep and losing abdominal fat. People also claim sprinting which I think is cope. You should prioritise hardmaxx as growing bones seems bs with igf 1

Bonemass and height mostly and am 16
Yeah you're not gonna get far. The best advice I could give you is to not trust TikTok faggots. Better hope you still see a difference after you grow older but I see it very unlikely

No, it does not work.

You may get a spike, but it's useless for any kind of changes.

Kent is known to run multiple compounds, and you guys only cherrypick the fact that he ate a shit ton of sugar.

Just why?

If high sugar intake correlated with higher bonemass, all the fat, slop-obliterating KFC and Mac enjoyers would be mogging.

I didn’t know he run compounds and I keep finding his video saying all this stuff about sugar helping igf1 production, that’s why
