Igf spikes are happening and healing bruised bone i have rapidly which is an effect of an effective spike. just giving my expierence so far

I've got a similar experience. Raw milk(1/2 gallon atleast), Raw ground beef(1/2lb) and raw eggs(4-6 from my backyard), coupled with a green edition redbull(idk why specifically that one, tried others) makes my ribcage ache and push outward. I have also noticed my rib bones are denser. This is with me being 23. Could you go into more detail on how you are going about the sugar theory? Flamme des Krieges.

I consume 115-200g sugar a day from processed sources and natural sources. raw diet and stuff has its benefits but it is hard to eat enought to get all the amount u will need. processed foods dont descend u its a myth. find out how much u require

After the first few times the bones don't even swell anymore, its like a cooldown. But you can do at before a date or smth like this.
