Here are recent pics
let me know what I should add to my list and work on this summer also

Plan for fixing my looks this summer:
Tan for 3 months try everyday
-Continue eating healthy
-Continue working out but increase -intensity harder training
- Chew more hard foods on both sides
- Chew mastic gum on both sides
- Start sleeping in normal time and get enough rest
- Get rid of eyebags completely
- Get thicker eyebrows and eyelashes then dye them black
- Try hard to bulk up
- Have a relaxed face as much as possible
- Continue the Lymphatic drainage hand massage + add gua sha
- Mew 24/7 improve hard mewing
- Hold slight squint for the whole day and everyday
- Let hair grow more
- Get rid of my face lines

- How to bigger lips
- Get more bone mass
- Make my chubby cheeks less chubby

No bulk
 
How old are you because if you are still in puberty (like I am) you can't debloat because you didn't lose all your baby face fat,same for bonemass it comes druing puberty.For eyes do orb oculis or some shit training it helped me

dont bulk during puberty, u will produce less hormones when ur bf% is high

Yeah im doing orbiculari oculis training but a lot of ppl told me its cope

mk for bone mass and bulking, could combine it with glp-1 agonists for blood sugar control and appetite
 
ive seen people on discord show me their eye area before and after doing obiculari oculi training, its not cope at all
gotcha ill continue doing it then i usually just do it until i feel a burn in the eyes and if we are countinu reps probably 30 1x set

just dont workout too frequently, it increases cortisol and puts stress on ur body

sleep during the same 30 min everyday, its proven to increase hgh secretion during the night, so if you sleep 1 hour earlier/later than you did before, then you wont reach the full potential, you can vary by 30 minutes

thank you, my diet is really good i avoid all sugar for the last 2 months im very strict with what i eat
 
I meant like bad sugar, candy,chocolate, fast food/their shakes and stuff like that
well by abstaining from sugar&carbs you will improve your insulin sensitivity which will lead to higher igf-1 spikes
then you can eat a couple sugarcubes in carefully planned times to force an igf-1 spike

Thank you yes i do not need to rely on stupid bad sugar to fulfill my crave for something sweet. I'll just take an orange or mandarines

based on the level of facial bloating, skin quality, under eye circles, you may be slightly hypothyroid. if that's the case, improving this would be a significant ascension.
