Staying indoors is certainly unnatural and to the detriment of your health. However, photoageing of the skin (and to a lesser extent, the blood) are valid concerns. Multiple factors may make one susceptible to increased photoageing: unnatural diet interferes with ability to function effectively with irradiation, haveing lighter skin than the native people from ur region means you are ill-adapted to ur local solar intensity, not being grounded will exacerbate inflammation and prevent natural neutralization of free radicals produced by solar irradiation, hot environment adds a heating factor as a causative factor to tissue ageing.
sunscreen likely does more harm than good, for logically it is unnatural and toxic and therefore will age ur skin. now this detriment could be over-compensated for in some circumstances, but general application of goyscreen is improbable to yield a net benefit IMO. plus the zinc nanoparticles will degrade in sunlight to produce more potently toxic material. not to mention the "inactive" ingredients interfere with normal skin environment. generally if its harmful if swallowed it will be toxic on your skin, whether they are absorbed or not does not affect whether ur skin is harmed (u are useing this topical product for ur skin in the first place). things like tallow could be a safer alternative, but any oil with PUFA will oxidize in the sunlight leading to cascadeing damage to your skin.
the best protection to sunlight is a UV-blocking see-through face shield. this is what i use when naturemaxxing. but is this necessary? will proper health render sunlight non-inimical? whats ur take on this matter?
