These are good man. I have hip/glute issues from my rugby days, so I stopped squat and DL many years ago, would love to be able to start DL again, it really used to give me a sense of pride, and maybe aim first to get to 150kg, and maybe one day 200kg even!!

Now I still bench but only light for high reps, around 80-90kg only

Powerlifting is a good cope tbf. There is a great sense of satisfaction that comes with improving lifts and getting new PRs.

Right now with no gym and only dumbbells I'm focussing on filling out my lanky arms and forearms since the rest of my body is pretty well developed already.
