supplementation program (starting tomorrow)

So in order to give thumbpulling and zygopushing a try (along other weird exercises) I’ve looked up several supplements that are supposed to either increase total or free T, lower cortisol (in order to testosterone maxx properly), and improving my bonemass in order to see more concrete or possible semidrastic changes in my face over time.

These are the ones I’m taking from tomorrow on:

-Magnesium 700-1000 mg (at night)
-Zinc 50 mg
-Boron 5 mg
-Vitamin D3 6000 UI
-Vitamin K2 200 mcg

I’m also planning on doing a whole thread (yeah I know I’m grey) on my entire routine from now on, to check in a couple of months if changes have appeared, I just turned 20 two months ago, maybe it’s a bit late but I’m gonna try anyways to see how far I can go.

If I ascend I’ll show the before/after pics, give me 6-12 months and let’s see. The journey has only begun.

i definitely considered ashwaghanda but im running low on money for the moment, i have to research a find a good brand also

also, have you noticed any differences by taking those? i have been a month taking what i mention in this thread and i definitely see some changes, my libido has skyrocketed now lmao

I have taken ashwagandha and its not cope, it definitely reduces your anxiety and stress by a lot.

Libido increase so much bro stress decrease and most likely test increase but I don’t get bloodwork so I have no way to for sure know

you should get a blood test before and after (lets say, 6 months in between or so), thats what i did, in july im getting a second bloodwork to check everything if something has changed or not, but changes wise, i do notice the so called high T benefits

how many mgs a day? ive seen people recommending dossages from 300 to 600 mg, i know for a fact its not cope because andrew huberman highly praises it

dont take ashwagandha it fucks with your baseline cortisol levels
 
its been proved it reduces cortisol
yeah, while you re on it but it also increases your cortisol sensitivity and baseline cortisol levels. its like opioids making you feel more pain than you would while drug-free

weird, id have to look into it, but i find it strange, andrew huberman (which i highly respect) recommends it a lot

Update: after roughly two months since I’ve started this supplementation program, I can definitely tell some changes over my mood, libido, confidence, thoughts, etcetera.

One of the biggest changes came from my libido, for the past two years I’ve barely gooned since I didn’t get the urge to do so, just so you could picture this, almost 1.5 years ago I went on a 3-4 months non-intentional no-fap streak that I broke by loosing my virginity JFL (yes, the goon was outworldly). After that, I didn’t goon still most of the time since as I said I just didn’t feel like it, but after I started supplementing myself I’m having a rough time trying not to fap every day or every 2-3 days, longest streak I got since I started was 9 days.

Then, talking about my mood and confidence, I’m not gonna lie to you I have always been known by my circle to be a bit of a megalomaniac, but it just got more evident after I started taking these pills apparently. Also, I struggled a bit with anxiety and overthinking a lot before, but now I noticed that I don’t give too much of a fuck about most things I would have overthought a good deal a couple of months ago.

I’m anyways thinking about taking more supplements, some of you guys recommended Ashwaghanda (I would buy the KSM-66 brand), which I did know well before I even considered joining org in the first place, also thought about bovine collostrum, shilajit, copper (because 50 mg of zinc a day is a pretty big dosage and I don’t want to fuck myself up long term), and some other like Vitamin E or C, but for the moment I still gotta do a lot of research on all of this since maybe I could get a great deal of these compounds naturally just by eating well-chosen foods, I have heard wonders about the nutritional value of liver and roughly every animal organ.

For those that read all this long ass shit update message: Yes, I will get a blood test (this time, a way more complete one since just “uhh muh T levels” is obviously not enough), but probably not until early or mid-July at best, maybe even late August, anyways, whenever I get them back I will post them here.

Keep working, we will all ascend in the long run
