You should look in the Cod liver Oil too because im pretty sure it has more than the benefits from omega 3 but your choice. But yeah Omega 3 is also good for cognitive benefits especially if your nd and have adhd

1200mg elemental (not compound) calcium
200mcg k2
1000 iu d3
400mg magnesium

Make sure both magnesium and zinc are bisglycinate (it has the best absorption)

If you want to support keratin production (hair and nails), you can add 30mcg biotin too

Anything from 1000 to 2000 is the recommend daily dose. You can either do that or do 50,000 every two weeks

Your d3 is fine, but make sure to increase vitamin k; it helps calcium bind to the bone tissue
