Supplements and creatine

The Supplements i recently started taking are Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3, Beta carotene, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin and Creatine. Recently I have seen a bit of a difference from the carotenoids.

Is it smart taking it all at once or should I seperate them and Take them at a different time?

don't take everything at the same time go and see what has better abrsoprion to decide if fasted in the morning or after a meal or at night would be better options

Their just supplements bro yes take them all all the time
