The Supplements i recently started taking are Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3, Beta carotene, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin and Creatine. Recently I have seen a bit of a difference from the carotenoids.
Is it smart taking it all at once or should I seperate them and Take them at a different time?
