yeah so how much mg/iu dose should i take for these vitamins and minerals

zinc
magnesium glyacinate
vit d3
vit k2

any other supplement?
 
Zinc - 35mg
Magnesium Glyacinate - 1800mg
Vit D3 - 4000iu
Vit k2 - 180mcg

Be careful of not depleting copper overtime if you’re taking zinc daily.

why are all these dosage so high? wouldn't that cause side effects in the long run?
which zinc should i take? sulphate or gluconate
and can i take a multivitamin supplement with all this?

can i take a multivitamin with all this as well? and when should i take all this? i saw on a reel that zinc in the morning, d3 with first meal and mag in the night so when should i take k2? after d3?

and yeah also are over the counter tablets good for these supplements? kinda broke rn can only afford them

Honestly depends on what u eat everyday and when u eat, k2+d3 and zinc should be taken after ur biggest meal during the day like 1 hour after the meal, and for magnesium it should be before sleep in an hour at most, u should 10000% add a copper supplement zinc a high dose of zinc without copper will cause issues, 2mg-3mg should be good, take it with the big meal and yes u can take a multivitamin with it but u have to take lower doses of the zinc magnesium k2 d3 and copper
