Should I add any supplements?
I currently take:
4000 iu vitamin d
Multivitamin
Magnesium bisglycinate + citrate + malate + oxide
Krill oil
Ashwagandha
Creatine
 
You gotta start tapping into certain supplements
I think tongkat ali is fantastic
I think shilajit is fantaastic
I think pine pollen is fantastic
Drinking raw milk, raw honeyy
Yeah all of these things are gonna be fantastic to boost your testosterone but at the end of the day its about living a holistic lifestyle

you don't take any supplements as they grow tumors on the body and are barely absorbes

forgot abt the cacao powder and bee pollen

Zinc + b1 b6 b12 vitamins + Cooper to be sure zinc not makine u Cooper deficent

Vitamin D3+K2 and Magnesium Glycinate is all you need as far as vitamins and minerals. Ditch the multivitamins and the other 3 variations of Magnesium, malate is maybe not horrible, but citrate and oxide have very poor absorption and citrate is a laxative. If for some reason you're getting the 4 forms of magnesium in something like a single pill ditch it still and go for full Magnesium Bisglycinate, better absorption and relaxation effects.

Other than Magnesium and D3+K2 you SHOULD NOT NEED ANY OTHER VITAMIN OR MINERAL SUPPLEMENT, if you do that means your diet is bullshit, you should be getting your full RDA for every single micronutrient every day. If you're accomplishing that (which you should) then buying something like a multivitamin is essentially throwing money away.

Creatine, Ashwagandha (and other herbal supplements), Krill Oil, antioxidants and other supplements, are situational and very dependent on what you need/want. I personally use Creatine for the gainz and Ashwagandha because I have mild anxiety, 10/10, would recommend.

It's fine only under the condition that you're pairing it with vitamin K2. Otherwise, yeah that definitely is gonna become toxic in your body.
Yeah but that much is over kill doesent even matter where you live just go outside
