I am about to try to enhance my skincare to reduce red spots on face and for even skin tone and skin glow for reference I’m 14 and want to supplement in beta carotene, zinc and vitamin c for 2 months as an experiment for maximum results I heard vitamin c and zinc works well together and beta carotene is also good for it my cycle will be vitamin c 250mg in the morning and 250mg before I go to bed but for the zinc and beta carotene I will do 4 days on and 3 days off per week for the on days I will do 1 soft gel capsule of beta carotene which is 15mg every capsule and for my zinc supplement I will be doing 1, 30mg capsule every day for my on days here are the products I am very new to this and lack experience so please give tips or help me refine it to make it better or just provide personal experience please anything is valued

Idk if you'll see much results from the beta carotene, getting it naturally is better I think. Maybe look into lycopene as well
