Is there any supplement worth taking for looksmaxxing? or they are just cope

best are just creatine and fish oil but others could help a little
 
Supplements in general suck because of limited bioavailability in comparison to whole foods.
Only ones I use are creatine monohydrate and vitamin d3.
 
thiamine before gym
Also k2 mk4 and mk7 together with d3
magnesium is also good
