I am currently taking vitamin D3+K2 and vitamin B12 at noon or in the morning and before sleep magnesium and omega 3. What do you think are important vitamins I should still take and when and how I can incorporate them throughout the day?

I think that getting a blood test to see where you're deficient and supplementing accordingly is a good idea, cuz it'll make you healthy and we all know that health indicators are a pretty big part of attractiveness

idk if it acc works but ashwaganda is said to lower cortisol levels

Yes, Ive thought about taking it too but I often hear that its just a placebo effect. I think it still makes sense because most people feel the effect

Are you currently taking these? and if so do you notice the effects and benefits of it?
Yea, I don’t really notice anything but that tends to happen with supplements. I feel pretty good and have decent energy so I think my lifestyle and supplement protocols are pretty effective.

Creatine with a bit of tren prolly
