I'm not going to mention my sleep supplements but the supplements I take are D3 and K2. I'm thinking of taking lycopene, beta carotene, caffeine, boron, creatine and vitamin c.
Is this a good stack?
(I was going to take astaxanthin until I found out that it lowers dht)
