Im in the EU and planning on getting a bimax or bsso with jaw implants when i turn 18. i csnt seem to find any surgeons or clinics that do said surgeries. Can someone recommend some surgeons to me?

Consensus from UK users is that you're better off going abroad for DJS and for most cosmetic surgeries as well.

That said, it's strongly advised not to cheap out ; especially not with jaw surgery, given its heavy repercussions on your life.

Nobody here will say to avoid Turkey at all cost ; they do have a few good orthognathic surgeons. Based on this forum, Dr. Eren Pera is well-regarded. Expect your surgery to cost around £16-18K with him. Dr. Burak Erçin has a few patients here, often combining orthognathics with implants (jaw angles and others) ; he charges a bit less than Eren Pera, but is still on the expensive side by Turkish standards.
You can most certainly find Turkish surgeons who will ask £8-9K for DJS, but beware of their skills and ethics.

If you're going abroad for surgery and prefer to avoid Turkey, you won't be lacking options across continental Europe.
It's been the trend here to go to Italy to the same 3 surgeons (Drs. Raffaini, Ramieri, Pagnoni) ; as a consequence, they got overhyped and now charge a hefty fee. You won't save much money if any at all by going there.
France has a few competent orthognathic surgeons (see this thread : https://looksmax.org/threads/go-to-france-for-ascension-tomorrow.1897607/ ) and their prices are much more reasonable ; you can expect a £7-9K price bracket on average.
Dr. Alfaro is a popular Spanish specialist. He must be expensive and he has his critics. I haven't heard of other Spanish surgeons, but I'm not particularly invested in the topic (I don't need DJS myself), so other users may chime in.
Germany is not particularly discussed on this forum, although they seem to have a few reliable orthognathic specialists (Drs. Kater, Khüle + Freudelsprenger, etc.). Dr Zarrinbal was popular at some point, but has his critics.

If you're willing to travel further abroad, then Brazil seems to be a good hub for orthognathic surgery. Dr André Luis Bim and others are usually well-regarded, and still charge a reasonable amount at the present time (around the £7-9K range).

The list above is not exhaustive and will simply give you a little head start in your research.

To add to this list : @Assymetry has praised Dr Johan Jansma from Gröningen (Netherlands). And @Lefor3Laser has alluded to a clinic in Timisoara (Romania) and confirmed that Naos Clinica in Bucharest was good.

Basically, most European countries will have some maxillofacial surgeons specialized in orthognathics, doing a good enough job with regular osteotomies and moderate movements. What is trickier is finding a competent surgeon who will have experience with large movements and agree to perform them on you because of your looksmaxxing concerns. In other words : good surgeons are often blue-pilled and you won't get optimal aesthetic improvements. This forum tends to seek out black-pilled surgeons who push the envelope.

As most users of this forum are either informed gatekeepers or clueless, you will struggle to get more recommendations than the ones already given right above. To dig deeper, my advice is to find FaceBook groups dedicated to jaw surgery in the countries of your choice. Gather surgeons' names from there, and look for additional patient feedbacks on Reddit, Realself, forums, etc.
