Surgeons in the us

Was wondering if I can go to a U.S. surgeon instead of an Italian one. Any as good as Ramieri/Pagnoni/Raffiani etc? Ones that understand the black pill and male aesthetics well.

My only worry is at this point those three have done so many surgeries for men that they are unmatched compared to any American one.

Actually after 3 seconds of googling it seems that any Jew surgeon in Hollywood is pretty good.
